Chantal Sagnes is a strategic account and growth consultant with 15+ years across independent agencies, holding companies, and client-side roles. She currently serves as Fractional Managing Director leading growth, client leadership, and brand evolution for indie agencies.
Previously, at GSD&M, where she served as VP, Group Account Director, she was named one of Omnicom’s top 50 high performers, running large accounts while leading over 10 pitches per year.
Her experience spans retail, CPG, and lifestyle brands, with work across companies such as Infiniti, Hilton, JPMorganChase, PepsiCo, Avocados From Mexico, Puma, YouTube, Netflix, and Disney, bringing a strong understanding of how brands show up across campaigns, content, and commerce.
She has held leadership roles across growth and account leadership, including opening Bailey Lauerman’s Los Angeles office as Managing Director and building the business development function at co:collective, where she drove sustained new business growth.
Client-side, she launched Belgium’s first fully digital subscription bank, driving 106% customer growth and a 17% lift in brand awareness.
Chantal holds an MBA from France and is a member of We Are The Board. She works as a fractional partner to agencies, helping them evolve their positioning, build content ecosystems that scale, and drive growth across both new business and existing client relationships.
