FRACTIONAL MANAGING DIRECTOR

For when you're launching or re-introducing an indie agency.

What I do:

Lead an intensive sprint to redefine how your agency shows up in the world—from the core idea to the language, visuals, and "swagger" that follows.

  • Founder and leadership interviews

  • Competitive / peer landscape review

  • Definition of the core idea / POV

  • Direction for visual identity updates (not full design execution)

PIT(CH) CREW 

FOR RFPs

For when your team is at capacity but you don't want to miss out on that exciting brief.

What I do:

When a big opportunity lands, I assemble and lead the "pit crew" that will give you the best shot at winning.

  • Diagnosing what it will take to punch at the right level

  • Sourcing / briefing the right strategists, creatives, and leaders

  • Running the RFP process end-to-end with your founder / team

  • Aligning the work with your updated positioning
